Autumn arrives — cranes over Buchholz

We heard the whole afternoon today in the garden and also in the house crane yelling. It was great to see swarms of cranes of different sizes moving over us during the gardening work. But this afternoon it was a bit different. Here over Buchholz the calls of the cranes were suddenly louder and from the formation flight became a wild circling over our heads.

 

I still like to remember the crane experience last year in the Tister Moor. Buchholz lies on the approach paths of the cranes to the Tister Moor. Already the last days we have heard again and again the call of the cranes over Buchholz. Before, however, they simply passed over us in small and larger formations.

 

But today it was louder and the turning above our heads I had not yet noticed.
