At the end of a wonderful and cloudy but most of the time clear days we had a fantastic golden hour. Due to the dry grazing land the gold was even more visible. Just a week later we had the same light as we drove on the highway through the great plains within the Grand Teton National Park. Sadly we couldn’t take any picture!
The rainclouds where still over the mountains so we got an even better situation. A partly rainbow show up above the mountains!
Just 5 minutes later the light has changed totally. At that time only the Housetop Mountain and the higher clouds where illuminated in orange light.
At the same time in the west. This view we had every evening, but every day in another light!

Super schön eingefangen. Ich weiß noch genau, wie wir hinterm Haus in diesem riesengroßen Feld standen.

Ja, Astrid, das waren schon besondere Grundstücke — die Naturzäune, die Pferde und alle Nachbarhäuser so weit weg! Das Licht an diesem Abend tat ein Übriges.
