Amtsgericht Varel (II)
| 1 IMAGE IN THE BLOGPOST | No Comments

When I travel for work, I come to many a small town in Lower Saxony. Today, Varel surprised me as a real gem. At the Schloßplatz (!) there is also this beautiful brick building, which appeared to be the district court when I got closer. The hedges and the tree in front of the right wing give a nice contrast to the architecture.

This year (2014), the Schlossplatz is being completely redesigned to become the center of the city again. So unfortunately I could only see the beautiful castle church to the right of where I took the picture from up close and couldn’t do any infrared photography. So I’ll have to go there again later…
