Presence, moment, present, now, that are synonyms for my photography motto »Zugegensein«. For me, photography means my presence in the landscape or cities with my favorite city of Hamburg with its great port, and of course people, sharing the moment with other people and capturing the moment (in a double sense) in images.
Infrared photography
Besides the color photographs shown here, I have a second passion in photography: black / white infrared photography. In order to be able to capture the light that is invisible to us, I have had a camera rebuilt. So in the summer I sometimes go through the world with two camera housings.
