Chamber of Commerce of Hamburg

One weekend, together with Silke Tüxen, I had the opportunity to photograph in the halls of the Chamber of Commerce of Hamburg. For over two hours we were here in this classic building.

In former years the trade of the Hamburg Stock Exchange was held in the halls. Today the rooms are usually used for events. Something special are the colored ceilings in the rooms, combined with the all-round upper lights, which allow plenty of natural light to shine into each room.

Thanks to the 11mm lens, I can capture the ceilings so beautiful. Even if it looks a little funny when we lie on the floor under our tripod to adjust the composition of the photograph correctly.
